1. Arrange a meeting with line to explain the PMS concept & ask for their shared & Functionnal KPIs
2. Gather CEO expectation from each subsidiary from CPO
3. Collect the KPIS from line and validate in term of measurable, attainable, and streching
4. Set evaluation weighting of each position with line
5. Propose the KPIs & weighting to CEO, MD & CPO
6. Communicate KPIs to Subsidiary Management (C-Level to Chief - 1)
