KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Develop business relationship with partners by regular visitation to inform any new information relating to health business e.g. New product information, campaign, discount, sales promotion including arrange marketing activities to increase distribution opportunity, providing product knowledge such as product training or PR booth.
• Provide health insurance proposal according to the provided information from the partners, approval from higher authority level where required, follow up the case to get a response and find the key to improve an offer.
• Monitor and supervise team members to achieve the company’s objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Develop team members by coaching and grooming the team member and enhancing their skill and knowledge.
• Review renewals of policy by evaluate claims experience and adjust the premium according to the underwriting guideline, seeking an approval from higher authority level where required, and updating a renewal report after each case.
• Prepare business reports assigned such as but not limited to Hit Ratio Report, Major Claims Report, and Major Accounts Report on timely basis.
• Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on G400 system and provide feedback to the regional IT team.
• Monitor, update, and review of the content and stock of health business related publications and coordinate with the Brand and Corporate Communication Team to comply with the corporate visual guideline.
• Any other job functions assigned by supervisor that deem to be necessary.
