Overall Role Objective
This job makes you responsible for administering all aspects of the accounting and financial department including financial P&L reporting and closing on month end accounts and determination of progress to budget projections
Skills
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – [mandatory requirement].
•Strong accounting and financial knowledge and understanding.
•Leadership, strong self-motivated approach with strong problem solving skills.
•High competency of computer skills (word/ Excel, e-mail) and ability to instigate new accounting software program & practices.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Thai & English.
•Ability to work under pressure to reporting deadlines.
•Positive "can do" attitude towards assigned responsibilities and team attitude.
•Review contract obligations to ensure all contract invoices have been received and processed
•Reviewing vendor activity to ensure all monthly invoices have been received and processed to time deadlines.
•Responsible for A/P
•Performing the operating cash account - reconciliation and related journal entries.
•Performing various detailed month-end allocations for fringe benefits shared costs and indirect cost allocations.
•Reviewing all month end reconciliations and journal entries.
•Perform various account reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies.
•Perform stock reconciliation between the system & physically counted in Warehouse.
•Format & file all tax related declaration (PDN3, 30, 50, 53, … ) on time.
•Other duties / special projects as assigned by the Country Manager/Finance Manager
•Ability to monitor & control accounting and financial processes of an organization.

•Providing finalized reports of accounting and financial outcomes in accordance with Manuchar, local country regulations and tax regulations to ensure.
•Ensuring correct financial and accounting practices for the process of operating a business in Thailand.
•Ensure the integrity of accounting & financing information by review and by establishing correct control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Reporting Lines
•The Senior Accountant reports directly to the: Country manager and Finance Manager.
