As discussed earlier, Primary server on ASPECT system will keep voice file approximately 90 day.
We will remove voice file during August - December 2014.
So, ACE team and QC can search voice file via menu “Recording Manager” and found call detail of customer but can’t play voice file during this period.
If ACE call center or QC need voice file during this period, must request to ACE Head office for sent voice file(request) come back to ACE Asoke kub.
