The EMNP
The EMNP was modified from the Yongin
Emotion Management Training (Y-EMT; Lee et al.,
2004). Y-EMT was basically developed from EMT
(Hodel & Buenner, 1997) and revised based on the
Korean culture. The EMNP is an eight-session
intervention program that consists of four major
topics: emotion perception training, emotion expression
training, emotion application training, and
emotion control training (Table 2). Each session
