Consequently we could not record any related discourse that could have presented the participants interpretations, opinions, attitudes and perspectives about certain provisions of the College reform that had not yet been realised. Although there were gaps and missing links in the administrative structure and practices of the Colleges, which brought on a number of challenges, all interviewees were exceptionally supportive and receptive. Accordingly, we were still able to collect robust data on the themes that formed the essence of our research.
