Bas,
Sorry about the delay.
That plan sounds fine.
We’ve setup a trial activation. It’s basically for things like this process where you’re setting everything up somewhere other than production for temporary testing purposes.
Trial activation code: 7CF3D276-1AA24C-1785E7-13E690-CA03CD

Frequently Asked Questions
The general idea is that you would:
1. Install SQL
2. Install IIS
3. Install the ManagerPlus Server, including setting up the database
(optionally) configure some of the other tools)
4. Restore the database I’m sending
5. Re-run webconnections.exe (found in c:ManagerPlus by default)
6. Install the ManagerPlus Client and connect it to the database
7. Activate the database (through one of the clients) using the trial activation code
On step 3, it will want to go through the process of creating a database. I would recommend letting it create the database. After the install process is completed, you can restore the database I’m sending over the top of the database that the system created.
I will plan on getting a copy of your production cloud database at the end of my workday today. That will make it available early Thursday for you guys. You can make sure you get that database, and use it for these tests.
Thank you,
