A wooden doll export-factory has a process in the production line to sell to the customers both domestic
and foreign country as the following.
The planner will be receive the sale order from the customer via Email, which had the amount of each
order already, the planner will record the orders in the SAP system and issues the sale order (SO.) of each
customer, then send to the purchase staff. The purchase staff will check the amount of raw materials and
components in SAP system, whether it has enough or need to order more. If any component needs to order,
they must go to the sub process purchasing parts.
The production engineers will check the information that is required to produce the dolls daily as the
production plan in SAP before 9.00 pm. After check the production schedule of each day, the engineers
must issue the production order to inform the staff in the production line to produce the dolls to meet the
amount of the production order as a plan. After they meet the plan, the production staff will record the data
of production capacity in each day into the SAP system, including issue the actual plan to the shipping staff
and they will prepare to send the dolls to each order as well
