I have put together a budgetary quotation and attached to this email for your necessary action based on our last offer.
I would like to clarify the following questions with you:
1. When can we firm up the contract?
2. When can we commence on the development work?
3. In order for us to put up our formal quotation, we will have to put up paperwork and seek official clearance from our board before we can send you the formal offer. As such, please confirm on the scope of work, BOQ and our budgetary offer.
I believe you will agree that we have offered very competitive offer for this project which we have never done before in the past. We are very determined to win this project with AMR. To ensure that it remains competitive, we have to officially tie down with all our suppliers for the final quotation because their price will increase after their financial year. If you can give us the green light on the scope of work, BOQ and the budgetary offer, I will start to put up approval for the official offer and will send you for formal acceptance.
Let me know how you will like to take it forward. We will gladly support.
Thank you.
