With the exception of Indra, Rorie and maybe Thom the rest of you will remember the attached exercise from back in 2009. Basically the listing detailed those of us within AP who travelled out with our country of residence/assignment for insurance purposes. Obviously there has been numerous new hires and personnel movements since then and consequently the purpose of this exercise is to update the listing to ensure all of our current employees who are required to travel overseas on business have adequate insurance cover given many are only currently covered under local policies.
From memory I seem to remember several of those listed received SOS cards shortly after the listing was approved by corporate and as such you need to confirm, column L, if they currently receive and hold an SOS card, if not it is imperative I know…!
