Handle all CT Technical or Support positions both onshore and offshore i.e. Engineering, Technician, Operator discipline include special projects
Initiative new sourcing channel and coordinate with local recruitment agencies to fill vacancies
Review and register manpower requisition and coordinate with Line Manager for jobholder profile specification and participate in determination for the proper sourcing methods
Perform candidates assessments and screening:
Potential applications determination
Paper test examination arrangement
Screen CVs and shortlist best candidates for further technical interview
Organize and facilitate final selection by Panel Selection interview:
Preparation of candidates’ documents and interview tools
Appointment, scheduling, venue reservation, registration and reception
Conclusion facilitation and follow-up
Pre-employment check-up to all successful candidates and verifying & ensuring completion of required documents and administrative forms before send to Hiring Team
Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
Fully utilize E-Recruitment
Assist Team to run weekly Recruitment reports on recruitment fill and vacancy rates and tracking record
Any other duty assigned from time to time
