Your university has volunteered to participate in a pilot rollout of the Laureate Professional Assessment (LPA).
What is the LPA?
The purpose of the LPA is to help you identify the skills you have that are critical for success in the workforce. We are developing the LPA as a tool to assess those skills.
What is my role?
We are ready to conduct a pilot test of LPA, and your help is important. You have been invited to take an assessment that is used to assess workplace skills. Once you complete the assessment, you will be provided with an LPA Developmental Feedback Report that will outline your level of proficiency on a variety of competencies, as well as, provide specific developmental tips to help you improve your skills. The data you provide now will be used to help refine the assessment; this is a very important step in the development of any tool like this.
