If it is a solid line, when you across it (or locate on it) , the device should alarm.
If the device doesn’t alarm properly, please provide us the video that Nuvicam record. We need analyze the root cause.
And, please adjust the device volume to 100%, so that we could record the alarm sound and know where it false alarm.
2. If you across the dash-line from one lane to another lane over 5 seconds, the device should alarm.
If the alarm occurs/not occur that doesn’t match one of the criteria, please provide the video to us.
