Dear General Managers and NS Staffs,
Please be informed that HR will deliver Capability Appraisal Forms (CA) to G.M. and open the “MBO System” to proceed fiscal year end performance evaluation.
It would be highly appreciated if all process will finish completely by April 30th in order to meet the preparation FY2014 salary and bonus calculation.
The detailed schedule is as follows.
March 24, : HR distributes CA sheet to each department. / MBO System open.
March 25- April 4 : Staff reviews MBO Performance and self-evaluation on C.A. form.
April 8- 18 : 1st and 2nd Evaluator (depend on each dept.) evaluate and submit both “MBO” and “CA” to G.M.
April 21-29 : G.M. does the interview and evaluate.
April 30 : G.M. submits “MBO” and “CA” of your department to HR.
Remarks : For new staffs who start working after October 2013 will not have MBO Form.
For new staff who start working after December 2013 will not have CA form.
