Sure. i can show you the...........................i use when i call customers.
you prepare everything you're going to say before you call?
no, but i have an outline i follow for calls. if it is a........... ,i greet the customers and identify myself. then i tell them the reason for my call.
you don't start the conversation with.......?
no. i get to the point by politely asking if they are interested. it saves time.
do you ever leave messages for people on their voice mail ?
not usually. and if l get a......................., i call that person again later in the day.
