I can’t understand why this happened.
According to attached memo, PO has been released on Mar 23 and, at the time of Apr 4, you were aware that these items need to be expedited.
However, message from Ms. Andrea attached below seems me that you actually has not released PO until this week.
(She said delivery would be 4 weeks from PO, meaning these parts were supposed to be delivered if you placed order on April.)
Please explain us, in chronological order, what kind of actions or efforts did you make to get these items in time of scheduled outage since we discussed this item on Apr 4.
I believe you have an accountability on this issue as Purchasing manager.
