noise exposureandhighbloodpressure,increasedriskofhypertensionandheartdisease,andstress
induced bysleepdisturbanceandannoyance.These findings motivatetheneedforregularnoise
assessments withinurbanareas.Thispaperassessestherelationshipsbetweentraffic andnoiseinthree
US cities.
