The synthesis using the purified kaolin, gel formation at 50 C and aging the reaction gel for 3 h followed by 3 h crystallization resulted in an optimum crystallinity of about 90% by accelerating the crystallization process. This is because during ageing period, both silica and
alumina were completely dissolved into solution and reacted with each other to form some ring like structure. Thus aluminosilicate gel is expected to reorganize chemically and structurally to zeolite structure
