Green olive fruits of two Sicilian cultivars, Nocellara del Belice and Nocellara Messinese, and two Calabrian cultivars, Carolea and Cassanese (also named ‘‘Dolce di Cassano’’), were harvested in October 2012 at the orchard of olive germplasm collection located in Mirto (CS, Italy) owned by Olive growing and olive oil
