RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing qualifying manpower requisitions to ensure the required number of agents have been filled in time.
• Develop and implement the recruitment process for Telemarketing Representative. This includes the process of sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing including selection process.
• Preparing movement report weekly and monthly basis. summarizing the recruitment statistic to find out the effective sources end result.
• Any other duties as assigned.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in recruitment at least 2 year
• Experience in call center industry or mass sales force will be advantage
• Possess skills in managing mass recruitment operations
• Good interpersonal skills and people management
• Able to work under target and pressure
• Positive with logical thinking and good communication skills
• Communicable in English and computer skills literacy
