We are having a few issues with our connections via Synxis.
Khun Ying and I have discussed at length but are not able to pinpoint the problem, there are times when our rates change for an entire month without any changes to the system from our side.
Not sure what we can do or who we need to talk to resolve this, but would greatly appreciate your help if you could get us pointed in the right direction.
