Thank you very much for your feedback. Kindly inform you that on 23 April 2016, We got the reason that why we unable to accept Mr. Liam. and advise him to cancel the
ticket. Upon check-in at Koh Samui Airport, when staff proceed check-in with passenger the system shown that passenger need to present the credit card (VI) that was use
to purchase the ticket for verification but the passenger unable to show the card. Then system not allowed to check-in and staff asked passenger to purchased a new ticket
and inform that if passenger buy the new ticket we will do the process full refund with original ticket. But Mr.Liam refused to purchase new ticket due staff found that the
passenger have connecting flight to Manila. If passenger go to Manila must hold return/onward tickets from Manila, the passenger unable to show the document and not
inform to our staff about information his flight in side the phone that was damaged.
So Passenger decide to cancel the ticket and not travel on 23April 2016. With this if passenger cancel the ticket and not purchase the new ticket, The cancellation fee
USD 150 has to be collected
