Procedure
1. Add sliced galangal, split lemon grasses , kaffir lime leaves , chilli to broth and bring to the boil over high heat until rapid boil.
2.Add golden mushroom , yanagi mushroom and erinji mushroom in to the pot.
3. season with fish sauce ,sugar and bring back to the boil.
4. Add chilli paste,evaporated milk , chilli and lemonade.
5. Then season with spiny coriander. Serve in a bowl Ready to eat .
