This is Vineeth and I am taking the ownership of this case.From the case description I can understand that you are having issue with the user authentication. Could you please let me know which User level authentication methos are you using ? Is it ULA or SSO.
I would like to know more about the issue so kindly brief me about the issue and also provide me TSR and EXP files
Steps to Download Tech Support Report:
1. Login to the Device.
2. Under System Diagnostics, Check all the Boxes and Download Report.
For EXP File: System >> Setting >> Export Settings and Save the file.
