Regarding the migration process of your user account and mail address from PT. Kitadin to PT TRUST , IT Department would like to inform you some things to be considered and some of the possibilities that can be occur .
IT will change your email address from the previous OU using KTD to be : TRUST .
- Example : Old OU = > xxxx /IT/KTD/TDM/BANPUINDO, New = > xxxx /IT/TRUST/BTG/BANPUINDO
Make sure your archive email not in an encrypted state , because if the condition is encrypted and your address is changed there is the possibility of your email archive can not be opened .
Transaction in Workflow Application that uses the old email address can not be seen with the use of New ID / email address , before the application admin doing an update on the transaction document workflow application .
Old email addresses will be automatically changed into a new one , for it if there was an email sent to the old email address will be returned to the sender / reject.
As for your internet mail addresses will remain the same (No Changes)
