Compared to living in countries with a low level of
investment in HIV services, living in countries with a
moderate/high-investment have a: 0.87 mean increase in
access score for free condoms; 1.10 mean increase
in access score for free lubricants; 0.89 mean increase in
access score for HIV-testing, and 0.53 mean increase in
access score for antiretroviral treatment (see Table 2)
