I just spoke with RDC about the adjusted proposal for the Server Room. They have reviewed the sketch and understand the reasons for adjustment but it is still unfinished in their eyes. They are requesting a complete proposal with accurate costing for the entire project. They want to see all costs included and complete scope of work. Once this is finished, the BC needs to review it to make sure we all agree, then send to RDC for review. If approved we can adjust the budget as needed in the currently started DC-41, accurately fill out the entire DC-41 and submit it for approval. Once approval is received the project can start.
