Under certain conditions competitive business needs to improve and develop information diversity in conjunction with the internal and external factors affecting the decision-making in the short-term and long-term (Naranjo-Gil and Hartmann, 2006). These characteristics lead to a correct decision and performance that aimed to meet the goals.
