Hello MaMeaw, this case is quite special since you did not purchase the goods from Spain but from Fasian (as per attached email). When Sandra checks Warranty Claims she check counting from the delivery date from Spain and this equipment may have been some time in Danny stock. That is why it is showing out of warranty to us.
In order to settle this specifics issue now we will consider it UNDER WARRANTY.
And I will soon communicate with Danny & Aileen about how to manage this type of sales from KL Warehouse in a better way also. From your side also if possible, when you claim parts for equipment that you have ordered from Fasian it would be helpful if you can attach the invoice like this time.
