DEVELOPMENT & IMPROVEMENT
1. Maintain and improve Operational Processes & Applications on National Level
2. Support Quality Improvement Project, Training Improvement Project and Application Improvement Project
3. Prepare and facilitate of Functional Requirement Specification, Change Request and Functionality Request
4. Implement and monitor of Corporate Quality Standards, Guidelines and working Procedures
5. Support of the usage of Standard Operational Procedures
6. Responsible to achieved Data Quality Standard for all Operational System
7. Enforce Guidelines for Compliance Management
COMMUNICATION
1. Control and report operational KPI’s to responsible person as key figures for quality assurance
2. Close cooperation with MD and National Product Management (NPMs)
3. Collaborate with BPO (Business Process Optimization / MIO), BPT (Business Process Training) and TQM Team
4. Represent Corporate Processes & Application on National Level
5. Escalate relevant information, requests and ideas within the Reporting Structure
