As discussed with Klaus during the POWTECH we will receive a detail drawing before the project starts, so that we can check.
It is important that the DYNAchute is uncoupled from the process to avoid friction and vibration. The device is best to be mounted on a solid steel frame.
Compensators (rubber gaiters) must be used at the in- and outlet. The inlet- and outlet couplings from round to rectangular and rectangular to round (example see attachment 13082704.pdf) can be produced locally according to our drawing. See attached pictures of an installation at a big LANXESS-DuPont plant (joint venture) in Germany.
The DYNAchute should be installed as close as possible to the upper rotary valve in order to keep the falling speed as small as possible.
Please send the spec of the rotary valve for our information (rpm and chamber volume).
