* When an item number starts with ‘L’, it refers to the standard letter mail category which does not require a delivery confirmation signature from the addressee. Thus, post office shall not be reliable for loss of the item.
* Mail item with its address referred to on a P.O. box is not be directly delivered to the addressee, and its item tracking results may indicate as ‘Unsuccessful delivery.’
* Guarantee Service delivery days
- Customs clearance period will be excluded from delivery days.
- When a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as absence of the addressee, the delivery shall be deemed to complete.
* If your item is not reported to be delivered after an expected period (e.g. one week), please send us an e-mail and we will investigate the case to notify you the item status.
