I understand some of the drivers are having issues picking up loose assets from stores (eg no one knows where the baskets are, no staff available to help move the baskets to GR area).
Whenever you face such issues, please inform K. Vipakorn and Operations Inventory (both cc’d) so that they 1) are aware of the issues and 2) can address the issues.
In particular, we need to focus on the top 20 stores with excess loose assets. The agreed process to clear these loose assets right now is:
• DHL transport / customer service emails the stores in advance to say what time they will arrive (need to cc K. Vipakorn, Operations Inventory, & me)
• Big C Operations prepares the loose assets
• Truck arrives at site. If necessary to move loose assets then drivers and store staff move them jointly
o Drivers can only reject to pick up loose assets if they have backhaul note
o If any transport issues for loose asset pickup, store operations can call both call the transport hotline number and/or inform DHL transport operations
o If any store issues for loose asset pickup, transport needs to inform K. Vipakorn & Store Operations
