Each pie is made with a 12-inchtraditional crust, a layer of sliced mozzarella cheese and a choice of three different ingredient combinations :pepperoni; a mixture of meats that includes pepperoni, sausage,beef and ham; or sausage with green peppers and red onions. The P'Zone exceeded expectations and drove same-store sales up 7 percent to 8 percent.
