A fact is a statement that can be proved true or false. In other words, it can be checked out. This can be done by examining written records such as research, surveys, files, encyclopedia, historical records, reference words, official documents, forms of measurement, statistic and testing. Facts can also be proved true or false through direct observation. When statement fact is proved correct, it is a true fact, and when it is proved incorrect, it is then a false fact. Bear in mind, even though the fact is proved wrong, it will not turn into an opinion.
