Many thanks for meeting with Alex and myself last Monday and apologies for the slight delay in getting back to you as it’s been a busy week. As promised, we wanted to send you information on The CEB Salesforce Assessment and Benchmark Overview for your reference.
This benchmark helps you identify key sales-related performance gaps in KTB and uncover essential development and support needs of your staff through a survey covering key metrics in: 1) engagement and compensation, 2) talent and development, 3) marketing and tools, 4) internal infrastructure and 5) sales process.
Participation in this survey is included in your membership, and requires your relationship managers to complete a 20 minute web-based survey after which your firm will then receive a customized gap analysis that benchmarks the performance of your sales force against other Asian and Global firms (see attachment for additional detail).
As mentioned, the next deployment date for the survey is on August 4th. If you are interested in participating, all we need is the list of names and email addresses of participating relationship managers before then.
