Develop Compensation and Benefits Strategy and Policies
Manage and implement compensation and benefits projects based on requirements from business groups in the following areas:
Market Competitiveness Analysis
Job Evaluation & Leveling
Salary Structure Design & Benefits Review including Cost Analysis
Remuneration Package by business groups
Short Term Incentive (Variable Pay and Sale Incentive)
Compensation and Benefits Alignment across subsidiaries and SCB Group
Short Term Incentive (Variable Pay & Sale Incentive)
Performance Linkage with Compensation
Advise business group to improve their compensation and benefits strategy and implementation for employees
Prepare proposal/presentation related to SCB Group compensation and benefits and Board of Director’s remuneration to Compensation Committee and/or Board of Directors
Analyze and manage compensation and benefits budgeting related to headcount
Manage and develop Reward and Compensation Team’s capabilities.
