The results illustrated in Table VI indicate that that the perception of respondents regarding the effect of CA on reliability of IRFI is positive with a mean score ranging from 1.94 to 2.08.Table VII shows that there are no statistical significant differences between both the auditors who work for the Big 4 audit firms and those of the big local audit firms; similarly, auditors’ experience seem to have insignificant effect on the perception. The results indicate that all respondents agree that CA can help improve the reliability of the reported financial information through decreasing the possibility of the misclassification between audited and unaudited information disclosed at the companies’ Web sites by the users, ensuring disclosure of all relevant information, preventing manipulation in the disclosed information and preventing the association between audit report and unaudited information.
