previously arranged and approved). Personal cheques are not permitted.

Policies and procedures relating to the payment of guest accounts, including a list of approved credit cards,
must be kept at the front desk at all times, all hotels must accept the following approved credit cards in
payment of lodging, Lounge and restaurant bills:

A lost and found system must be maintained in accordance with appropriate laws. If no law exists, the Centra
must keep a lost and found record listing the item reported lost or reported found and the appropriate facts
surrounding the incident. Found items must be securely maintained for a period or 90 days for non valuable / 1
year for valuables or until claimed by the owner. All inquiries about lost articles must be referred to the general
manager.
