1. After reviewed the product record of this lot was produced last 25-Sep-2014 as following :
- In morning time we produced Yakitori in sea salt = 22,133cans.
- And after finished sea salt type we clean the production for produce Yakitori & egg in soy sauce for next = 22,317cans, while processing we do control and monitoring strictly.

2. In next day (after overnight) the warehouse was clean and palletizing for both products first in first out in same day. Then keep in warehouse and wait for incubate result.

3. From the report of final pack in master carton we had packed the two above product different date
- Yakitori & egg in soy sauce (ACCLQ 2017.9.24) --> packed 9-Oct-2014
- Yakitori & egg in sea salt (ACCZL 2017.9.24) --> packed 3-Nov-2014

4. From the record of packing of each item even packing in difference day, but the mix up possible happen since step no.2 as below reasons:
4.1 Due to the (drying) cleaning step will be EOE lid up for all can and working in same day, it was possible to mix one can in wrong pallet.
4.2 When release to packing section, the step of pack into carton by put EOE lid up (with bottom down of empty carton) then worker cannot recognize of that can was wrong pallet (when packing the workers will pack quite fast, cannot check every can before put in carton).
