Disgraceful attitude”

Please do not chose this company, they were extremely rude to me in emails when I said I had a fear of spiders and asked if they had fixed the food since many people got seriously food poisoning and had to go to hospital. I had already arranged to so the tour with them and was staying in a hotel in Pak chong as they're accommodation had been fully booked, I was expecting them to pick me up in the morning when they sent me this email late at night.
I had said that I understood we would probably see spiders in the jungle I just asked for a bit of help and consideration from the guide. They said I could not do the tour as I would see lots of tarantulas and the 'bad guide' would make effort to show me. They also said they had not fixed the food poisoning but I "might be the next lucky one - who knows?" This was all in a very taunting tone that I found shocking.
It was very late to change my plans and I had travelled to pak chong especially to visit the park so I replied saying I still wished to do the tour, I just needed the guide to warn me of spiders and be considerate and for the food to not make me sick. Their reply continued the rude cocky tone saying only if I "got over my fear (and food poison)" could I join.
As a tour company it is simply their job to keep their paying customers safe happy and healthy to the best of their ability. Everybody has a right to see the park and they do not get to pick and choose their customers based on preference. In their emails to me they showed complete disregard for their customers comfort and health and even made obnoxious jokes and taunts about it. I was absolutely shocked.
I did the exact same tour with bobbys jungle tour and had a fantastic experience. They are the same price and itinerary. Their guides were excellent, helpful and considerate. Our lunch was freshly cooked in the restaurant rather than the plastic boxes greenleaf yet that has made many people seriously ill.
I'm sure that greenleaf provide a good tour with expert guides, but why would you chose a company so rude and inconsiderate of their customers when you can have the same experience with a much nicer company? Greenleaf need a serious attitude check. When I wrote an email expressing my disappointment they did not even reply. Please avoid giving them your custom and turn your attention instead to a different company who cares about what it does and the people it is responsible for.
