Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus spp., andcoliformbacteria,potato
dextrin agar(DifcoCo.,BDDiagnosticSystems,Sparks,MDUSA)
for fungi.A1mLaliquotwasspreadontoplatescontainingoneof
the above-mentionedmediaandincubatedforbacterialgrowthat
35 1C for48handforfungalgrowthat25 1C for5days,under
