Responsibilities:
Understand the Banking Business and related Competitor.
Setup Transaction Banking Service Center.
Manage multiple projects with different departments, products, technology as well as expectations.
Manage Management, Team expectation and ensure the right communication is being delivered.
Maintain clear delivery action point and result.
Project handling / maintenance and generate Maintain and extend the use of Channel Delivery / Usage.
Support existing system and has vision to enhance, integrate and improve workflow, process, SLA, etc.
Co-ordinate with the related parties in solving the problem queries and mitigate any recurring issues appropriately to improve the service delivery and client’s satisfaction.
Endeavor to provide answers immediately where possible, or initiate an investigation where required
