Responses were obtained using 5 point Likert-type scale where (1) represents ‘strongly agree’ and (5) represents
‘strongly disagree’. Data obtained from the participants were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical package program.
Organizational ethical climate was measured by a scale which was adopted from Schwepker et al., (2001). Work
related stress scale was adopted from Keller (1984) and organizational justice scale was adopted from Niehoff and
Moorman (1993).
