4. Preparing for People Review
After you complete your performance and potential assessments for your direct reports, prepare the information for your group’s People Review meeting. This step involves:
Deciding which of your direct reports you will present at the People Review meeting
Consult with your manager and your HR Generalist to make this decision. Many Monsanto groups do not discuss all employees at every People Review meeting
Identifying employees who are accelerators, if you are combining People Review with Succession Planning (See the Succession Planning section of this guide)
Checking your ratings for diversity to make sure that diverse talent are assessed fairly
Assembling additional information about each individual to be reviewed
