Since we have now the trays in 3 colors for the 3 formats we would need to arrange the cold room with fix position for one single flavor+format. I would like “CUP PRALINE” to be always at the same place so we don’t lose time and it’s easy for the driver. It’s important as we are going to move from here so I would like to have as minimum error as possible in the stock movement.
For that:
1. We’re preparing stickers that we’ll put on the racks
2. We would need the help of one or 2 drivers to move the tray based on the plan I will give them.

We’re going to produce from tomorrow for 3 to 4 days. Cleaning is normally on Wednesday but if we would have a short cleaning today that would be nice as Wednesday is going to be skipt.
