Thailand Claims & Operations (C&O) sprang into action by kicking off a 2-day offsite session (8-9 Nov 2014) to become a stronger team as well as service champions. As the recent merge of Claims and Operations across AIG was a physical step towards OneAIG, and Thailand’s C&O officer, Ms Pasalaree Theerasas, wanted to seize the opportunity to bond the units to deliver service excellence to their customers as a team. The session, themed “excellence C&O, we are the service champion”, was organized in collaboration with local HR and external trainer for all 180 C&O staff.
The 2-day offsite session included team building and problem-solving activities aimed at getting staff to work together and have fun too! The C&O staff feedback positively on the event. Sombat Saentrong who has been in AIG for 17 years mentioned, “although the event was short, it was successful and invaluable in helping members of C&O understand teamwork, its concept, and problem-solving methods.” And Pitchayha Prasitbureerak working in AIG close to 3 years now exclaimed, “This event taught us lessons and gave us the opportunity to strengthen the relationship of my team and to connect with other colleagues.”
The Thailand C&O team is off to a good start working together as a team, and looks forward to such engagement sessions to learn and work with one another as OneAIG.
