-Responsible for all payroll,compensaion & benefits and admin functions including manpower planning,employee relaions, and office facility
-Responsible for payroll & tax, social security fund, provident fund,KPI establishment, HR & admin. policies & procedures and HR &admin. budget
-Assures complance with all labor laws, wage and hout, and equal opportunity as well as other employeerelated requirements
-Ensure proper compulsory reports to lfficials in relation to all personnel activities
-Prpvode advice. support, and guidance to the management by recommending consistent and appropriate actions in accordance with company's policies and govermnem laws and regulations
