I have asked/authorized Jlen to distribute the 26 incidents of Mazda Chonburi to all 4 of you. She will also update the Product, Product Area and Item as they are mostly wrong. Please work on the incidents that have been assigned to you. Investigate, get more details, call the dealer if you need to. The goal is to close these issues either by resolving, providing work around, escalate to development for bug fixing or enhancement if approved or eitherwise. Incident should remain open if there is no resolution.
