'- All ahead visits are reviewed and investigated,
- Genuine aheads should be queried with the Technician,
- Erroneous aheads (e.g. Secondary Service Covers accidentally selected on the PDA but not serviced) should be cancelled. If the service was done but not due, this should be turned into a Call-Out (non-productive visit).
- Service Time should be allocated accordingly to productive and non-productive visits (e.g. if Fly Killer was genuinely serviced "ahead", the correct treatment time should be allocated to it, and subtracted from the primary service cover to ensure correct calculation of productivity).
